The GENISUS sim2real™ initiative was developed on the premise of continuous improvement, aka the Kaizen principle, through the development, simulation, validation, analysis and enhancement of knowledge, skills and processes! This began with a "Cyber Risk Assurance" & "Cyber Risk Avoidance Simulation" focus in the finance sector through Genisus Risk (Pty) Ltd and ventured into the GENISUS sim2real™ Cars Series where the focus is to develop, simulate, validate and enhance before facing the real world scenario, or crisis, and what better place to do so than in exciting space like motor-sport… who doesn't love a good race to the finish!! This subsequently fostered an appetite to explore Drone Racing and Karting leagues where we could inject Kaizen principles into via the GENISUS sim2real™ Series..... updates soon to follow ;) What "we are not".... So why the interest in motor-sport and racing? The type of telemetry provided by the simulators and real racing vehicles whether cars, karts or drones is immense and is akin to the hoards of data collected, correlated, analysed and acted upon within cyber security which is no wonder majority of the major cyber security vendors are invested in motor-sport all the way to top levels... Racing is all about understanding the situation you find yourself in with enough knowledge, experience, situational awareness and the guts to take calculated risks... Sounds kind of like a Chief Information Security Officer's (CISO's) daily role?!?
