It was incepted in the year 1993 by Mr. Gajanan Agrawal, who has vast technical knowledge of Shellac and has served as the Vice Chairman of Shellac Export & Promotion Council, Calcutta. Mr. Ashish Agrawal, his son who himself has served as the Vice Chairman of SEPC, now manages and oversees all the operations using his profound knowledge and is responsible for smooth, efficient functioning of the group.
