Studiofluo stems from the partnership between Gaetano Cassini (1968) and Annalisa Gatto (1972), both Genoa-born professionals who have gained significant experience in the most prestigious studios of Milan and Paris. The studio focuses on creative direction, editorial design and corporate image development; working at different levels, it has created the look and feel of both books and periodicals, as well as visual identities and exhibition spaces. Amongst other projects, Studiofluo is in charge of corporate image and communication for Genoa’s Festival della Scienza and Turin’s Goethe Institut; it also contributes editorial design projects for the Italian publishing houses Bollati Boringhieri, De Agostini and Mondadori, and provides art direction for Codice edizioni, Utet and the quarterly magazine Oxygen (science for everyone), a joint project by Codice edizioni and Enel.
Five people currently work at the studio, bringing to the table a range of skills - including graphics, architecture and illustration. Teamwork is crucial to embrace different approaches and achieve meaningful and multifaceted results.
