General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC) is a Joint-Venture registered in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between General Electric Austria GmbH and Arabian Bemco Contracting Co. Ltd, each holding 50% of the shares. The Company was formed to supply HRSG's pressure parts modules and its piping in KSA as the core territory and the Middle East as an additional territory.
The Joint Venture will be operating under the General Electric Power (GE) License with the right to use technical information developed for the HRSGs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The fabrication of the HRSG and piping will be according to GE World-Class technologies, transferred to the Company through a transfer of technology under the license agreement.
The main HRSG components (pressure parts modules) and HP, IP and LP piping will be manufactured inside the premises of the Company.
Readiness for production is Q1, 2017.
