Created in 1960, our family company Les Chalutiers Boulonnais is specialized in the fish trade and fish processing. Located in the Capécure area of Boulogne-sur-Mer, it is today one of the oldest companies in the fishing port. Taken over in 2010 by Mr. Frédéric BERCET, it currently employs 26 highly experienced staff. We make it a point of honor to work with local fishing products according to their seasonality while preserving their nobility. The quality of the product is guaranteed by a purely manual work.
