As a sector-based organization, our main objective is to provide career development opportunities to Filipino girls in high school to senior high school (ages 12-18) through various formative activities such as career exploration fairs, talks/panel discussions with empowering female role models, leadership development seminars, athletic skills clinics, art workshops, and more. The heart and soul of Camp FLAG is our mentorship program where we connect org members to HS students interested in personal, academic, and/or professional development with the help of our undergraduate mentors and growing network of experts.
