The Utah Indigent Appellate Defense Division is dedicated to protecting the rights and dignity of each of our clients through zealous, compassionate, and client-centered advocacy. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of representation in the appellate and postconviction process for adults convicted of crimes and for parents who have had the State take away their children.
