Richard started his renewable energy journey in 2010 when he was looking to install solar on his own property. Over the years he has had various different roles within the renewable industry, from installer, electrician to sales managers and regional sales managers roles. Richard joined JPS in 2014, before becoming a Director in 2015. In 2016, Richard took the role of Managing Director and since then the company has enjoyed exponential growth during some of the most challenging times the industry has endured.
