Fellowship for International Service and Health (FISH) is a student-run non-profit volunteer organization designed to support and improve the lives and health of underserved populations. Founded at the University of California, Los Angeles, FISH works to connect students with a passion for helping others with those who most need their help. The organization allows undergraduate students the unique opportunity to learn basic medical screening, to work alongside health professionals in the field, and to gain meaningful experiences in global health and public service.
Fellowship for International Service and Health is an international service group that travels to Maclovio Rojas, Mexico to help run health clinics, assist local healthcare professionals, conduct public health surveys, and improve local medical and social institutions. With each new member come the innovative ideas, fresh enthusiasm, and enormous effort that are responsible for the constant expansion of the scope of our services abroad.
