We're Global's Make Some Noise. We lift the lives of disadvantaged people by supporting small and local charities in communities across the UK. We know that a small charity can make a BIG difference. Small charities don't have flashy TV ads or big marketing budgets, they don't have head offices or an army of staff. Small charities are unsung heroes, working at the heart of communities, and they know first-hand what it's like to live through the toughest of circumstances. We give grants to small and local charities across the country because we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, feel well, feel prepared and feel included. This year alone, we’re supporting 100 small charities in your local community and across the UK. This includes food banks, mental health and domestic abuse helplines, carer support, community projects, and employment programmes. Working with Global, and some of the UK's biggest radio stations, we raise awareness for our small and local charities. As well as championing small charities, we help to sustain their future through our learning programme, so that they can continue making positive waves of change. In short, we give grants, a voice, and a helping hand to small charities across the UK.
