WHAT WE DO
House of Pause is a space to encourage pressing the pause button in order to elevate your overall well-being. We believe that in a highly connected yet disconnected world, one’s well-being starts from a keen sense of self-awareness and commitment to do the work. House of Pause was born with the intention to encourage one to slow down in this distraction-filled, fast-paced world. Being unbusy seems to be a rare luxury but it doesn’t have to be. We can all benefit from calming our minds and embracing quiet spaces within ourselves.
HOW WE DO IT
The human body and mind were never designed to withstand relentless engagement without rest. We have styled and curated experiences of pauses where you can slow down and recalibrate: A Signature PAUSE Session – essentially a safe space for one to halt, elevate your overall well-being and deep-dive into the magic within yourself. It's where you allow a certified and licensed guide to support you via an array of secular and effective tools and techniques such as breath work, visualisations, meditation and more.
