We are a one of a kind project management & engineering consulting firm. TBG was co-founded by three exceptionally talented women with experience in running projects in the mining industry. Provide services for reviewing, evaluating, and designing a program management office and a framework (covering processes, responsibilities, and tools) across the organization to provide control and manage risk. 3. Help the client reduce the risk of portfolio or program failure by improving practices in change/scope management, issues management, planning, scheduling, resource management, accounting, quality assurance, and and communication. 4. Operating the Project Management Offices daily and at the same time transfer knowledge to the staff of the organization. 5.
