It was originally owned by Ralph and Carolyn Hester, and later relocated to Beaver Ruin Road. In 1979, Norcross Pharmacy was purchased by Bill & Gerri Hankla.
Upon purchasing Norcross Pharmacy in 1979, Bill and Gerri deepened their practice of service to the community, and the business thrived. In 1990, they broke ground to build a new freestanding building for Norcross Pharmacy offering greater accessibility to both new and long-standing customers. The project was completed, and the grand opening was held in October, 1991.
In 2016, upon Bill Hankla's untimely death from cancer, ownership of the business was passed to his widow, Gerri. Today, Norcross Pharmacy continues to thrive. Gerri Hankla has continued Bill's legacy of personalized patient care, and retains primary ownership and manages the business and operations of the pharmacy.
