Société des Bauxites de Guinée, SBG, is an alumina and bauxite company in Guinea with a mining concession with proven reserves of more than 300 million tons. SBG is in the process of developing a mine and an alumina refinery which aims to yield exports of 3 million tons per annum of bauxite and 1.6 million tons of alumina per annum. The company operates its business responsibly and in cooperative partnership with local communities and authorities.
