SERVE Afghanistan’s purpose is to offer hope to the people of Afghanistan, especially the needy, as we seek to address personal, social and environmental needs. The Afghan proverb 'Qatara qatara, darya mesha!', 'Drop by drop, a river is formed!', summarizes well an important principle for us in SERVE. What might seem small and insignifcant, just like a little 'drop' today, can be the beginning of something far reaching for a brighter tomorrow!
