The Agricultural and Livestock Service, SAG, is the official Chilean State body responsible for supporting the development of Chile’s agriculture, forestry, and livestock industries by protecting and enhancing plant and animal health. The Agricultural and Livestock Service is present throughout Chile with: 15 regional offices, 63 area offices, 94 plant and animal health border controls, and 11 diagnosis laboratories with advanced analysis technology.
