We have the pleasure to introduce to you SIB (Società Italiana Brocce), a re-born company which, since year 2005 is the major broaches manufacturer in Italy. Its 400 m2 of offices and more than 1.500 m2 of workshop, 30 highly qualified people have made possible production of 1.400 broaches. Our philosophy is to work with our customers ensuring high quality products and fair costs, while our main goal is our customer’s satisfaction! At the center of our efforts is the customer who must: - receive valid technical advice for the best solution to is needs - always be aware of the process from design to construction, to post-sales assistance - have the best product using the best materials available on the domestic and foreign market - enjoy total control during processing and security of implementation by qualified personnel and up to date. Production of broaches is 90% round and 10% flat and more, standard sizes goes from diameter 15 to 300 mm - length up to 2.500 mm. Standard delivery time is 7-8 working weeks, but if we have bars in stock than we are able to produce the required a broach within 10 days. All operations are made in our workshop except heat treatment which in any case is directly supervised by us. HSS suppliers are exclusively Erasteel or Bohler. In our production cycle broaches are made using CNC machines in all operations, as well as a second line of manual machines for final adjustments and for special details. We have a 3D measuring machine (Zeiss), a machine feeler (Hera) and two broaching machines (one of 35 Tons and one of 60 Tons) used for testing all broaches before sending them to the customer or for samples broaching.
