Join us on Saturday 24 February at St George’s Church, Brighton for a day filled with creativity, mindfulness, and inspiration. The Make it Flow Festival is a unique opportunity to explore the concept of flow and discover new ways to connect our inner selves.
So what exactly is ‘flow state’ I hear you cry? You might also know this as, ‘being in the zone’, or a ‘meditative state’. Basically flow involves an intense focus, complete immersion in a task, and a feeling of timelessness. As if that wasn’t enough, it is also proven to reduce stress and the chances of burnout.
