The Independent Telecommunications Providers Association (ITPA) is the industry association representing independent telephone companies located in Ontario and British Columbia to government and the rest of the industry. Currently the ITPA represents twenty Independent local exchange carriers and together serve approximately 100,000 access lines across rural Ontario and B.C.
