Our firm was created to fill a gap left by larger consulting engineering firms in providing higher end service to small and medium sized communities. We provide planning, design and construction services for water supply, wastewater treatment, stormwater management and municipal engineering projects. We are involved in SCADA design, facility operations, and biological evaluation for both water and wastewater systems.
