In 2016, Freshbak Crispy company has been established. Invested over 6000m2 of land in Pancar Organized Industrial Zone to 600 tons capacity, freeze dry technology which is the first among the existing drying technologies in Turkey. As the new face of the “healthy snack” business, we are proud to be offering healthy, sugar-free, gluten-free, and no-additive products by eliminating the off-season concept and ensuring availability at all times. Freshbak Crispy is currently producing 150 tons of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables annually. Freeze drying is one of the unique methods used to protect foods. During this process, the water in the food is removed in a frozen state by a process known as sublimation, and all nutritional value is kept inside.
