ID Food is a food SOE holding that was officially formed on Friday, January 7, 2022, after obtaining the blessing of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) through Government Regulation (PP) Number 118 of 2021 concerning the Addition of Indonesian State Equity Participation into the share capital of PT RNI (Persero), and accompanied by the Decree of the Minister of Finance (KMK) Number 555/KMK.06/2021 concerning the Determination of the Value of the Republic of Indonesia's State Equity Participation in the Share Capital of PT RNI (Persero) which was also signed by the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani.
