Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing integrated, whole-person medical, dental, and mental health services for people of all ages, and regardless of ability to pay. We provide care to over 81,500 patients annually through 22 health center locations throughout Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.
