ETI has a patented extrusion process for forming complex metal parts. Our specialized tooling developed and produced in-house utilizes heat and pressure to produce near net shape components with virtually no porosity. This results in up to a 30% decrease in scrap over die cast parts, increasing throughput in production and more importantly, significant improvement in wear, load and mechanical properties.
