The Providers’ Council is the largest membership association of community-based, nonprofit human service providers in Massachusetts. The Council’s mission is to promote a healthy, productive and diverse human services industry. We advance this mission by offering high quality public policy research, advocacy opportunities, communication and information on sector trends, education and training programs, publications, networking opportunities and business partnerships. The Council is proud of its diverse membership that’s comprised of more than 200 agencies that provide services for people who may need assistance or support, such as: people with developmental or physical disabilities; people with behavioral health or substance abuse issues; children; elders/senior citizens; survivors of domestic violence; and people who are homeless. The Council also works with more than 40 business, educational and institutional members that support the sector.
