Provided Program Management for California based Electric Utility and tasked with implementing strategy, including over 30+ Work Streams, resulting in a Protected and Hardened Cybersecurity Posture conforming to CIS Top 20, ISO 27000 and Mitre ATT&CK standards. Assisted North American Distribution company with deploying and integrating messaging solution that had minimal Technology Expertise. Created Project Plan and provided resources needed to fully implement the solution – tailored to the clients needs. Results were gathered and resulted in 100% customer satisfaction with a 90% delivery process improvement. Performed Security Assessments for a National Polling Organization that had minimal security controls in place. Identified a number of gaps following ISO 27000 Security Standard and produced tangible remediation strategies, which were implemented for: Firewalls, Network, Storage, SIEM, SDLC, Database and Physical Security – improved Cyber Posture of over 50 Environments and Systems.
