Empanada Guy is one of the fastest growing Gourmet Food Trucks in New Jersey. We not only specialize in empanadas but other Spanish dishes. In 2014, we launched our first restaurant in Freehold, NJ. Initially, started as a wholesale empanada business, we currently have 5 Food Trucks, each with a permanent location. Each weekend you can find our trucks at various food truck events and festivals through out New Jersey.
