Guerrera de la Luz Leadership translates to Warrior of the Light Leadership. I believe the real work is internal, and our light is what leads us to show up in our power and takes us to the places we long for at work and in our personal lives. My name is Emma Pineda Fortin and I inspire the courage to re-define beliefs based on an internal compass, resulting in higher clarity, creativity, and compassion through somatic coaching. I am a Latina with a PhD, former management consultant and COO of an e-commerce startup. As a somatic coach, I bring my lived experience as a person of color, executive, scientist and yoga teacher. I use somatic tools in my work to connect the mind, body and heart.
