Speciality Breads are traditional artisan bakers to the food service industry.
Using only Red Tractor certified wheat flour and rapeseed oil allows us to support British farmers and use the best quality, local ingredients. Making us the UK's only fully Red Tractor accredited bakery. All breads are baked with care in our nut and sesame free bakeries.
We bake a wide variety of breads, including mini breads, ciabattas, and frozen dough, made for chefs to explore and create. Our range includes over 60 breads registered with The Vegan Society, a number we're planning to increase.
Our approach to baking is simple. We combine the best elements of traditional baking skills and modern food trends to create stunning breads and sweet bakery products, putting innovation and creativity at the heart of our business. All our products are frozen fresh from baking to preserve freshness and reduce food waste.
We offer friendly customer service, selling directly to wholesalers but sending out samples to anyone in the food service industry.
