The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota (WRC) is the busiest wildlife rehabilitation center in the world seeing over 17,000 animals annually. WRC's mission is to rehabilitate and release our wild animal patients back into the wild. WRC is a non-profit organization that has a staff of 40 and relies greatly on the efforts of volunteers and interns during the busy summer months. Our opportunities provide hands-on experience working with wildlife.
Our mission statement: The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota provides quality medical care and rehabilitation for all injured, sick and orphaned wild animals, and shares its knowledge with the people who care about them.
