The University of Wisconsin-Superior is a dynamic public university of 2,650 students located in the Duluth-Superior MN-WI metro area, which is on the western tip of Lake Superior.
Founded in 1893 as a teachers college, UW-Superior now offers more than 30 undergraduate majors and 6 graduate programs in the sciences, arts and professions. It joined the University of Wisconsin System in 1971.
