THRU Project helps foster youth bridge the gap between foster care and adulthood by connecting them with essential resources including mentoring, life-skills workshops, mental health support, cell phones, VIA bus passes, and stable housing, We focus on youth and young adults, ages 14-25 with a history of foster care.
