Operation HOPE-Vista is a cold weather emergency shelter for homeless families with children and single women. Our mission is to provide a safe environment in which our clients begin the work of reclaiming self-sufficient lives. Operation HOPE-Vista offers wrap-around case management by certified case managers as well as educational programs on topics such as budgeting and credit recovery, job skills and resume building, health and nutrition and parenting. Children take part in a daily "Homework Club" as well as educational and fun enrichment programs.
