IEEE is the world's largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE's highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities. IEEE, pronounced "Eye-triple-E," stands for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. IEEE Zagazig University Student Branch (ZSB) is a member in the IEEE Egypt Section , in the IEEE Region 8 which includes student branches from Europe, Middle-East and Africa and it was the first IEEE student branch to be established in Egypt. It is located at the Faculty of Engineering and serves four departments within the faculty, Electronics and Communications, Electric Power, Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. Vision: Create generations of students as critical thinkers, skillful leaders, innovators, more developed and experienced in different fields of science and technology. Mission: 1. Understanding the needs of the present day job market and identifying skills required from the graduates to meet those needs. 2. Creating an effective approach by establishing a permanent program that will address the ever-growing gap between graduates skills and the skills demanded by the job market. 3. To provide the student with the knowledge and skills not provided by the university. 4. To link the university with the industry
