The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, Idaho's first medical school, was established in 2016. The mission of ICOM -- located in Meridian, Idaho -- is to train osteopathic physicians prepared for caring for persons in Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and beyond.
