Rodan Builders, Inc. is a licensed General Contractor located at 3486 Investment Boulevard, Suite B in Hayward, California. The company was incorporated on December 6, 2004 and began doing business in April 2005. In 2016, Rodan Builders, Inc. expanded its presence and opened an office in Concord, CA. To date, we have been in business for fourteen (15) years with over 100 employees. Named one of Silicon Valley’s Best Places to Work in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley in 2018 and 2019, Rodan Builders, Inc. continues to grow under the leadership of its Principals. In recent years, Rodan Builders, Inc. has grown along with the construction economy in the bay area. We’ve done this by hiring experienced field leadership and office project management who have extensive experience in construction in the bay area, investing in project engineer interns and graduates from our college partners, as wells as apprentice tradespersons from our labor partners. Having tripled our annual volume in the past several years, Rodan Builders, Inc. successfully completed its projects by having experienced people for those projects in place at the start of construction. Our blend of experience and new blood allows us to continue to deliver successful projects into the future. From pre-construction phase to punch list, we offer a wide range of services including constructability reviews, estimating, schedule analysis, design assist, value engineering, community outreach, and quality assurance, to name a few.
