At Community Living Burlington, we believe that “possibilities are endless” and we strive to provide person-centered services to make a difference in the lives of the people we support. Our mission is to enrich the quality of life and to promote full and meaningful inclusion of individuals with a developmental disability in our community.
Community Living Burlington was founded in 1955 as a non-profit organization that provides services and support to over 400 children and adults who have a developmental disability in our community. We acknowledge that a strong community is developed by including everyone equally and being aware of everyone’s rights and choices. With the help of our team, we strive to accomplish each supported individual’s short-term and long-term goals.
Community Living Burlington aims to achieve this by offering a range of programs and services to individuals with development disabilities. Our person-centered support services include:
- Children Inclusion Services
