The OBSA is a non-profit student organization centered out of Okanagan College that seeks to connect students and businesses all over the Okanagan. We hold numerous events throughout the school year for the approximately 1,500 diploma and degree student members across all of Okanagan College’s campuses. We develop and maintain partnerships within the local business community through the creation and upkeep of genuine business relationships. The OBSA encourages students to engage in their educational experience at Okanagan College by getting involved with both the school and the local community. Whether it is creating marketing campaigns for OBSA events, forming and maintaining relationships with local businesses or budgeting costs and revenues for student functions, the OBSA looks to use practical skills learned in the classroom and apply them to real-world situations.
