Founded in 2013, our firm began as a solo practice handling consumer protection cases (e.g., fraud, deception, illegal robocalls, collection harassment, credit reporting errors, identity theft, invasion of privacy, etc.).
Soon after, recognizing the needs of our clients and community, we added two important practice areas—consumer bankruptcy and complex personal injury.
Due to the demand, we have grown to a seven-attorney boutique advocating for everyday people in federal and state courts. Our practices offered to clients include consumer protection, class actions, bankruptcy, and complex personal injury litigation.
