Any palliative or bereaved individual, and their caregivers, can access hospice support, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity or economic status.
St. Joseph’s Hospice provides specialized care with a client-centred approach. Clients and families are intimately involved in creating their own plan of care which best addresses their unique needs. Our competent and committed Hospice staff and volunteers work together as a team with other community health care professionals and service providers ensuring full support and quality end-of-life care for the palliative client.
