HME have a large, fully trained team operating daily throughout Central London visiting developments to carry out housekeeping duties, communal cleaning, void unit insurance inspections, weekly flushing services and regular void unit cleaning. All of the visits are electronically recorded via our mobile tagging service which also provides proof of presence. Our admin team are available to offer our void unit utility management service; setting up any paying all utilities and council taxes due on void units including transfer to the new owners once the sale completes. We also have our customer care team working on brand new developments across London carrying out snagging of defects, providing resident inductions and managing the ongoing defect period.
