Parklands Care Homes is one of the largest independent care home providers in the north of Scotland with 11 care homes across Moray and the Highlands, providing high quality care for almost 400 residents. The company employs over 750 people.
Parklands also manages two homes in Moray on behalf of Craigard Care Limited (in administration).
Since 2014, Parklands has invested £16 million on new care homes and will invest a further £8 million on new capital projects over the next two years.
Work is currently underway on the first phase of a multi-million pound care hub in Inverness, comprising a 58 bed care home and a later living village consisting of 11 homes. Parklands has also secured planning consent to build 24 affordable homes for its care staff and other key workers in Inverness on a site adjacent to its new care home.
Parklands also has ambitious plans to develop new care facilities in Elgin, Turriff and Alford.
Parklands has won a series of prestigious awards for its commitment to care quality and to people development, including Best Smaller Care Home Group in 2020. It was named Highland Business of the Year in 2022.
