CCA is a not-for-profit, anti-poverty organization. In addition to providing direct services, CCA develops programs to meets unmet needs. The organization has been responsible for establishing Pioneer House, South County Food Bank, Clatsop County Legal Services Program, Warrenton After-schoolers, and an emergency Dental Care Clinic. Since 1985 CCA has served as a Regional Food Bank for Oregon Food Bank.
