Dream Island is the largest indoor amusement park in Europe and Asia. The complex will include not only a theme park but also a concert hall, a cinema, a hotel, a children’s yacht school, shopping mall, and a landscape park. The Dream Island park will be divided into 10 thematic zones with 40 various entertainments for adults and children, 27 of them are attractions. The entire complex will feature also: Landscape park with an area of 31.9 hectares with sports and children’s areas, open-air cinema, artificial pond; Multifunctional concert hall for 3 500 seats; Cinema; City promenade with a central square the size of a half football stadium with a glass dome and copies of world attractions; Four-star hotel with 410 rooms; Themed restaurants and shops; Parking for 3,800 cars. The entire infrastructure of the park will be built on the principle of a barrier-free environment and is accessible to all, including people with limited mobility.
