Kastana is a Value Added Services (VAS) Company for the GSM, iDen and landline operators in Jordan, Palestine, Yemen , Iraq, Bahrain and Tunis. Kastana will be expanded soon by adding Syria and Oman to its group. Kastana provides SMS, MMS and WAP services to its customers to proceed with its goal of offering innovative, credible and reliable communication and information. Kastana was founded in 2007; it is registered as limited liability company under Ministry of Trade & industry in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Kastana also provides IVR services which is connected to Jordan, Tunis, Yemen and soon Palestine. Our head offices are located at Jordan and what makes our work flow easier, more organized and time saving is having our own offices in the above mentioned countries. Kastana has developed an in house CMS (Content Management System) we call it service factory, this is an application that provides many users for one service, like create an Admin user and unlimited number of Editors, with specific features, username and password for each; which means each Editor has an access to his account to add content for the service in a specific time and date. Also, he can check all previous accepted and live content by History (Archive) feature and view reports about his service. i.e.: number of subscribers and unsubscribes on specific dates.
