Frinton Summer Theatre is the longest-running summer repertory theatre in the UK and one of the few that still undertakes a programme of weekly repertory productions (Weekly Rep) throughout the Summer.
It was set up in 1939 and approaches its 80th season in 2019, celebrating excellent production standards and its long tradition of giving first jobs to both actors and technicians straight out of the best drama schools.
Frinton Summer Theatre is now a charity.
