Real Estate Debt: Senior and Mezzanine direct lending opportunities where we can deploy loans from £2,000,000 to £30,000,000 secured against residential, commercial and alternative real estate assets in England and Wales.
We have an annual deployment target of £100m and are backed by a substantial UK single family office. We always undertake our lending with a flexible, pragmatic and commercial approach.

Purposes: Acquisition, Refurbishment, Refinance and Stabilisation.
Real Estate Equity: We selectively deploy our private capital as Preferred Equity into a small number of investment opportunities that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns over short to medium periods.
We can deploy between £500,000 to £5,000,000 per opportunity, with an emphasis on well-established or growth locations in England, Wales, Jersey and the Isle of Man. We maintain a flexible approach to structuring and consider most real estate asset types.
Opportunities will be prioritised with low or Zero Carbon proposals.
