CFO Simplified is a Chicago-area consulting firm specializing in small to mid-sized businesses. The primary focus of the firm is the financial and operational needs of those businesses. Our goal is Cash Flow Management and Improvement, Profitability Improvement, and Financial Statement Visibility, which means that the owner should have financial reports that are clear enough so that he can make changes today that will make his business more profitable tomorrow.
