We are experienced in all types of project delivery services, including the traditional design/bid/build. We often participate in the increasingly-popular design/build project delivery services with general contractors. In addition to being a licensed architect, Edmund J. Gontram III, AIA is a licensed general contractor and participates in construction projects through G5 Design-Build, LLC and Ten Penny Construction, Inc. We have the resources available to meet or exceed expectations. Simply put, we tailor our delivery approach to suit the client’s needs.
