Offering services to its customers with its distinctive “Drogeriemarkt” (personal care, cosmetics and health market) concept, Rossmann was founded by Dirk Rossmann in 1972 in Germany. Thanks to the consistent growth that it has achieved since its foundation, it became one of the retail giants in Germany.
Opening its first overseas market in Poland in 1992, “Rossmann” currently has a total of approximately 4.000 stores and over 47.000 employees in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Albany and Turkey.
Entering Turkey in 2009, the brand has 110 stores and around 1000 employees in Turkey as of June 2018.

Offering 12.000 different products of more than 150 international, national and local suppliers in Turkey to its customers at affordable prices, Rossmann also has 40 brands that it describes as the “Quality Brands of Rossmann” and more than 3000 products associated with those brands. 29 of those brands are available on the shelves in Turkey, with over different 2500 products.
